He specialises in scaling residential development businesses and leads One Living’s investment, development and construction functions, driving the delivery of projects across the company’s growing portfolio.

Suzanne Jensen is general manager development at Palm Lake, with more than 14 years’ experience in the land lease sector. With a background in town planning and master planning, she leads the delivery of large-scale lifestyle communities and brings valuable insight into the growth, evolution and long-term appeal of the land lease sector.

Tim Sherlock is CEO Asia Pacific at Pro-invest Group, where he is leading the group’s expansion across flex-living and build-to-rent. With more than 27 years’ experience in Australian real estate spanning acquisitions, development and funds management, he brings a hospitality-driven perspective on the growing institutional appeal of co-living and alternative living sectors.
